The nature of my current workplace has lent itself to many talented people from disparate backgrounds coming together. As part and parcel of that we have team members who had never had to scope out or lead a project. In an effort to provide them a framework and clear introduction to the principles of effective project management, a teammate and I collaborated to create this small yet informative outline.
